Nutrition and Personal Development Coaching for
Optimal Physical and Mental Health

What is Empowered?

My
Philosophy

The most important investment we can ever make is in our health, both mentally and physically. It is directly related to how we show up in the lives of our loved ones, and most importantly, how we experience life and connect to our authentic self.

Empowered is a personal development program designed to improve our mental and physical health, by mastering our mindset, habits, and nutrition to create a healthy lifestyle that provides energy, vitality, and fulfillment to our lives, in mind, body, and soul.

Personal Development Coaching

Our lives are created by design…not chance. If you’re struggling to break though the barriers that are limiting your ability to reach new heights, a personal development coach can help you identify the roadblocks, set goals, and remove the limiting beliefs that hinder you from achieving what you want most in life. It also creates the structure and discipline you need to master your mindset and create lasting change.

Nutrition
Coaching

Proper nutrition is essential in creating the physical and mental health we desire. What you eat matters, and impacts your health in both mental and physical ways.
The program addresses the following
  • weight gain
  • hormones
  • inflammation
  • joint pain
  • belly fat
  • brain fog
  • low energy
  • stress
  • menopause
  • and more

My Story

 Hello…I’m Kristyn.

I’m a John Maxwell Certified Coach and Speaker, a Nutritionist, an Executive Director of a veteran non profit, the wife to a combat wounded Purple Heart recipient Marine, the mother to five grown children, the Gigi of a spunky grand daughter, and the spoiler to 3 adorable pups. But before all this… I was a 10 year old little girl, tormented by shame, and suffering with  PTSD.

“My childhood is not my identity. It was a moment in time, not a dictation of my worth.”
